The fact that I’m writing this after almost 2 weeks in Utah proves that I probably already forgot half of the things that happened in New Mexico. Nevertheless, here we are.
I’m going to put a lot of photos first and then a long list since most of our attention spans are now ruined due to TikTok, enjoy.

-Started the weekend driving into NM- Visited the sand dunes and got caught in some interesting weather.
-Made it to Taos, NM.
-Came to discover the studio apartment was in fact, a studio apartment.
-Learned to light a fire inside a home- we will soon later almost burn down the apartment.
-Found a couple cute coffee shops- World Cup + Cici’s Bean
-Finished Whole30 or more like Whole50, ate a breakfast sandwich at Manzanita Market.
-Saw the San Francisco de Asia church.
-Went to the Taos art museum and met Leo, a local artist and overall cool human.
-Followed his instruction and drove to the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge. Re-discovered my new fear of heights while walking across. To be fair, it was scary.
-Got NYC bagels delivered via mail from Kate and ate them.
-Visited the Earthship Biotecture space and learned about water pumps lol.
-Dealt with the chaos that is the Taos, NM mail system.
-Stayed in El Prado, NM for the weekend in the most perfect Airbnb.
-Highlights: Black cat, Coyotes at night, bagels, large garlic bread in small oven, Sprite/Popcorn/M&M’s run, prairie dogs + binoculars.
-Experienced the Love Apple and keegan asked for a Mezcal Negroni at a natural wine bar.
-Decided to run away from Taos NM and our single room and booked an Airbnb in Santa Fe for the remainder of our time.
-Drove to Santa Fe lol.
-Discovered Iconik Coffee and Tonic, which soon both became the highlights of the month.
-Rented a hot tub and sat in it for a ridiculous amount of time at Ojo Caliente
-Got addicted to Chick-fil-A while simultaneously getting a gym membership at Santa Fe Spa?
-Ran around Meow Wolf + drank Ranch Waters at El Rey.
-I realized it was Shamrock Shake season at McDonald’s.
-Checked out of our 2 room mansion and drove to Durango, CO for a greasy breakfast.
-Did some Utah stuff that I’ll list one Utah is a wrap.
-Wrote this.
I hope you buy yourself a coffee today.
With love and tequila,
Linds.
